We headed to Megan's house to make applesauce. This has been an annual event for the past 4 years or so. This was the warmest year yet, so the kids enjoyed playing outside. We walked around the barn lot and saw chickens, a calf, and some pigs. As well as a couple of black labs. The kids collected eggs (a few actually made it back to the house), and enjoyed petting the calf.

Pretty brave Paige! I ran from the chickens and rooster at Marsha's.
Fun-ness! What a blast to make applesauce and play at an old-fashioned farm! It's like walking right into a storybook!
