I got my first new car last Friday. James and I bought a Ford Taurus X. It is a crossover SUV that is much more reliable and better gas milege than my old Expedition. We picked up the girls this morning and headed to Springfield to visit Grandma Joyce, and to help her prepare her house for winter..(they prepared, I socialized.)

Cool looking car, San!

Your girls are funny. We knew that though, didn't we?

Wow - nice wheels. I didn't even know you were considering a new car. Did you trade in the Expedition? If so, I'll miss that boat - we had fun driving all the kids around... Climbing over seats... Butts stickin' up in the air...
I distinctly remember waiting in that car FOREVER with the kids while you would "run in quickly" to Sam's.

Dont worry...we can still fit them in this! I think I waiting with the 4 of them in it once too while you ran into one of those Champaign stores..

Nice new wheels! I'll try not to hit it when I'm driving my gas sucking boat around the church parking lot!

So glad you have some reliable vehicle now. The Expedition has fulfilled his role and then some. Wish I could have gone to Grandma Joyce's. Not that I want to get on a horse or anything....

Hey, San, do you remember when you, Jamie and Chad Stevens rode around the yard in Fairmount in our wagon? I believe I was the driver. James is having just as much fun as the girls, I can tell. Grandma Joyce's lawn looks pretty. Glad you got to go.

I remember riding around in the wagon behind the mower. I was holding onto San, who was in a WALKER!!, and to Sammy(our dog). How safe is that??!! :)
